Last updated: June 2026. Mapol Inc. ("Mapol", "we", "us") respects your privacy. Our public website does not collect personal information, and we are committed to protecting any personal information you choose to share with us, consistent with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25.
Information we collect
This public website does not collect personal information about its visitors. There are no contact forms, no user accounts, and no visitor tracking on this site. If you choose to contact us by email or phone, we receive only the information you choose to provide — such as your name, contact details, and message. The Mapol member portal (analytics.mapol.ca) requires a login and is governed by a separate user agreement.
How we use it
If you contact us, we use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you request. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
How we store and protect information
This website is a static site with no databases — it stores no visitor information. Correspondence you send to info@mapol.ca is stored in our business email systems and retained only as long as needed to respond to and document your request, after which it is deleted in the ordinary course. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, web analytics, or any tracking technologies. If we add web analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required under Law 25 and PIPEDA, obtain your consent before any non-essential tracking technology is activated.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to our use of it. To make a request, or to ask a question about this policy, contact our privacy officer using the details below.
